    Veterinarian

    Graduated from Michigan State University; College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. She joined Abbey East Animal Hospital after graduation. She enjoys going to continuing education seminars and learning.  She has a furry feline named Jake.  Dr. Graye enjoys reading and watching movies in her spare time.

  • Carol Stinson

    Operations Manager

    Graduated from Central Michigan University.  She has over 20 years of experience in the field of Veterinary Management.  She has been the Operations Manager of Progressive Pet Animal Hospitals since 2002.  Carol enjoys spending time with her furry family which includes her cats named Emily and Sophie and her dog named Pickles.

    Practice Manager/LVT

    Received her degree as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2003 and has been working in practice ever since.  Before joining the Abbey East Team in 2015 as Practice Manager, Sam worked with exotic animals as well as dogs and cats.  She enjoys spending time with her 2 dalmatians Dylyn and Howey, reading, bowling and hanging out with family.  She also has an American Curl cat and Sphynx cat at home.

    Newest addition to the reception team. Currently attending Penn Foster college to become a Veterinarian Technician. Enjoys walking her 2 dogs Hunter and Kacey. Enjoys reading and watching movies with her cat Max. Also loves to travel and expand her knowledge.

  • Michele

    Licensed Veterinary Technician

    Graduated in 1986 from Columbus Technical (Columbus, Ohio) with an Associates Degree in Animal Health Technology.  Since then, she has worked continuously as a Licensed Veterinary Technician, and joined the Abbey East team in September 2004.  Michele and her husband met in 1989 on a single's bowling league and got married after dating only 6 months.  They currently share their home with five cats and two dogs.  In addition to walking their dogs on the local trails near their home, they also stay active by bicycling, and have ridden their bikes across Michigan several times as well as across New York and Ohio.

    Received her degree as a Licensed Veterinary Technician from Macomb Community College in 2011. She started working for Abbey East in 2012. Carly has a pug named Turtle, who comes to work with her almost daily. She enjoys talking him for walks and reading.

    Veterinary Assistant

    Has been working as a Veterinary Assistant at Abbey East for 23 years.  She has a chocolate Lab named Brandy and a cat named Josie.  Debbie enjoys gardening, working on her fish pond, watching NASCAR auto racing, and playing/walking with her dog. Debbie also enjoys crocheting afghans for the Veterans.
